Management/Crewing 

Handle all aspects of management to include but not limited to the following.

  • Maintenance Tracking, Scheduling, and Supervising
  • Contract Fuel fleet policy discounts insurance fleet policy discounts
  • Pilot Training
  • Database updates
  • Monitor all bills (FBO, Pilots, Maintenance, etc)
  • Setup up scheduled cleaning of exterior and interior of aircraft
  • Stock aircraft with standard snacks and drinks


Pilot Services 

  • Pilots will show up 1.5 hours prior to scheduled departure and have the aircraft ready no less than 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure
  • Setup ground transportation at destination
  • Setup Catering
  • Weather and flight planing will be monitored by Steve Wilkey and Imad Moussa

Charter Flights

Brokerage - "To Sell"

Handle all aspects of the sale to include but not limited to the following.

  • Aircraft appraisal and value based on current market
  • List on market
  • Field all phone calls and emails
  • Professional photos
  • High Res Photos, Logs and MX tracking will be available via web link
  • Provide a proven contract to protect the seller for review to your legal council as well as the buyer's legal council.  Negotiate all language in the contract.
  • Escrow setup 
  • Supervise Pre-buy



Brokerage - "To Buy"


Handle all aspects of the acquisition to include but not limited to the following.

  • Market research of all on and off market aircraft available
  • Log-book research
  • Visual inspection
  • Test flight
  • Damage History Research
  • Provide a proven contract to protect the buyer for review to your legal council as well as the seller's legal council.  Negotiate all language in the contract.
  • Escrow setup
  • Setup and supervise Prebuy
